I had what I consider a negative and unprofessional experience at this particular Zaxby?s at 45 North freeway and Louetta. I... asked for my bone in chicken and chicken tenders to be extra crispy instead my meal was extra stale and old tasting. Mind youtheir prices are not exactly cheap. When I called a manager about the condition of my food I was told I had I had to bring backthe meal to either get my money back or my meal replaced. I told the manager that was an inconvenience to me and she insistedthat it?s their policy to resolve the situation. I was not satisfied with the policy considering I spent approximately $30 ononly two meals. I was given the general manager Anthony?s email. I emailed Anthony and never got a response. The customer isdefinitely not put first at this establishment, please check your food throughly before you drive off because if you have aproblem it?s not getting fixed unless you drive right back up there. THIS LOCATION WAS TERRIBLE. They had me pull up like my food was gonna be fresh or something. I pulled and they gave me REHEATED... food, the fries were hard, the tenders were super skinny, mainly crust & coleslaw was dumped in the box and not in a containerlike normal. To think i drove 35 mins just to get to them and i would?ve rather ate dirt. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, wont ever beback. Read more

Where's the kick in the kick'n?! Just ordered and ate a my favorite spicy combo and it was super bland! Not sure what's going on... but somebody's skimmin out on the spice and apparently other customers are noticing the same thing. I don?t know what is worse. The freezer quality food or the fact that I know for a fact they recently held interviews for... managers and when people asked for a living wage - they told them they would ?call them back if they couldn?t find anyone whowould accept lower pay?. Currently just left Zaxbys and the girl at the drive thru was very rude. I asked for extra fry seasoning and she stated that I... had to pay which was fine. I then ask if they had a different kind of sauce for my chicken strips and that?s when the attitudestarted! That was very unacceptable and uncalled for.. Read more

Wings were OK. It's weird (to me) to order wings and have them handed to you 5 minutes later. Just seems like that they have to... be just reheated for them to be ready so quickly. They weren't bad, so I'm not complaining. The 10 wings I had were decent sizesand the sauce was good. Plenty of parking. Read more

Ever since I went to rising cane's. I wanted to go to zaxby's. If your not familiar with zaxby's there a lot like rising cane's.... They specialize in chicken fingers. It's almost like if Popeyes and rising cane's had a kid, you get zaxby's. I ordered theresignature spicy sandwich meal with a order of fried pickles. Honestly I feel like a had my fix and I don't need to go back anytime soon. My sandwich was good, not great tasting. It was barely spicy to me. My fries and my fried pickles were under cooked.Both were soft and spongy and I didn't feel like eating all of them because of that.
