Went here on a Saturday evening for some dinner with friends. We sat out on the patio where they played baseball on the TVs.... Servers were attentive and friendly. They did bring out a dish that had the wrong sides but were quick to fix it. I tried thestrawberry salad and the wedge and thought both pretty good. My friends had the wrap, Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and somepasta and all of them seemed to enjoy their meals. Would like to go back to try their happy hour next time. Read more

Great place to go out to in the local Spring/99 area. I haven't been disappointed yet on food, service, or drinks everytime... I've been a customer here. I recommend getting there before peak busyness if you're wanting to be seated quickly or somewherespecific. Seating larger parties at peak busyness may cause a wait before accomodations can be made - this is normal anywherehonestly. Smaller 2-4 member parties were seated almost immediately at 3:45 PM on a Saturday. The loudness wasn't bad at thishour, could socially talk without loudly talking. Woodson's has a wide variety of beers on tap (scan the QR code at the tablefor an up to date list). Food came out hot and as ordered. The Buffalo fries were spicy, but not kill your taste buds spicy.Adriana was an excellent server who was great! Woodson?s is a great local spot for food and drink. The food is good quality and better than your typical bar food. The price,... service, and food quality turned us into weekly regulars. Some of our favorites are the Austin fries, fried mushrooms, thepretzel, catfish etouffee, and hamburgers. On the occasions that our burgers have been cooked for longer than we prefer theyquickly made us a new burger. Read more

The waitress was very friendly and the over all experience was nice but the food was just average the fries were a bit too salty... and the burger was kinda bland and dry and for the shrimp platter you get a good size portion for the price! Read more

Picture this, I just graduated and I?m struggling with the job market. The sorrow and stress weigh heavy. I am lost and aimless.... On pure chance my friends bring me to Woodson?s, and it changes everything. I walked in the door reeking of pain, but left withrenewed life. The whiskey coke they got me on the house tasted like the motivation I?ve been desperately needing. Tenee, the bartender, had the atmosphere more full of life than the most beautiful wedding. Every well timed joke would turn a priest into analcoholic. Laughter and cheer echoed throughout the bar and made the buffalo fries taste like finest thing I?ve ever had. We just moved to Texas. We ?adventure? out each Saturday looking at the area. We were out looking at homes and everyone was... hungry. We just happened upon it on our map and decided to give it a try. So glad we did. 35 minute wait at lunchtime - noworries - the place was super busy. We had the magnolia with tater tots and brisket, burger and onion rings, Club sandwich andthe Philly cheesesteak. Of course we started it out with the giant pretzel. The food looked delicious but the taste wasn't that great which was disappointing. The only thing that tasted good was the chile... con queso and chips. The Alfredo Flatbread thing had no salt or flavor to it. The burgers we had were all really dry and wedidn't finish them. The service could had been better. Our waitress was good at filling up our drinks but neither her or all theother servers seemed happy nor as if they wanted to be there serving. Read more
