placed order that was suppose to be ready in 20 minutes came back 30 minutes order was not ready & it was not found. I keep... thinking service will get better but every time I order, there is a 50 minute wait , food quality is bad, and we are missingitems, I requested refund , was told that I had to send email with receipt , got upset asked for manager to speak to aboutrefund and when person over phone approved me to get my cash back was then told there was no one at store with authorizationkey, & he was sorry but I had to submit refund through email which would take 2 business days or I could wait for food which wasalmost done. Did not offer no compensation for the time for the inconvenience that was already over an hour with no food orrefund and how my past experiences had been. HORRIBLE SERVICE Read more
Ordered for takeout. Food was cold and one set of our sets of wings has no flavor on it. I have called 10 times and sat on... hold for 20+ mins. Very disappointing. Got to find a way to do better. Read more
Game 1 of the World Series and they were SLAMMED.. the man working the counter was calm under pressure and trying to ensure... everyone was greeted and getting their orders in a timely manner. I?ve never felt such empathy for folks in the service industryas I did for this team/crew tonight. I don?t think the phone stopped ringing the entire time I was waiting and the place wasSRO. If you like soggy fries and slow service this is the place for you! The manager tells your food will be ready in five minutes... for an online order did you placed 30 minutes ago make that 25 minutes later! I thought I had already been to the worst Wingstopbut I guess this one topped it off! Just don?t do it it?s not worth it you end up throwing away half of your food. I have been disappointed each and every time I have been to this Wingstop. There is no reason you should ever go to this... location. Order was scheduled for pickup at 7pm. I arrived 10 minutes early and the food was already on the delivery rack. Thefries were cold and mushy, the wings were under cooked, my complaint call to them was going unresolved until I pushed the issue.Never again for me and you should stay away too. There are far better places to get food and you should take this adviseseriously. $30 in food that must be thrown out is just not fair. Read more

I am honestly astounded how poor the quality of the service/food is. If I request my food for dine-in then they pack it to-go... and forget to tell me so my food is now cold. If I ask for ranch they give me blue cheese. If I ask for extra seasoning on thefries they come with none at all. If I pay for extra ranch they don't include it in the bag. The food is cold before it evenmakes to my hands in the restaurant. I have given this location quite a few chances, but it feels like they are actively tryingto mess every order up. Read more
Walked in and walked out. Loud music, three black employees, playing dice, and gambling. Didn't smell like wings it smelled like... weed. They all started pointing fingers at each other and cursing at me for coming in at 5pm. I told them, "don't worry I amleaving" as he signaled gang signs at me. Terrified at this establishment now. Will never go back. BEWARE hoodlums. Before thisencounter they don't pick up phones so they don't take the orders. I've ordered online and they some how lose it.
