Literally they don?t even listen when you order they are always loud and playing around with other. Went in 11/4/22. Ordered... from some kid that didn?t even have the decency to look up from his food and acknowledge me when I walked in. Got my entireorder wrong and didn?t even get me Fries that I paid for. What is the point of staying open until midnight if your staff doesn?t even pick up the phone and take orders after... 10pm. Basically I called around 10pm - no answer. When I got to this wing stop, the workers were just cleaning like they werejust about to close. I called them after I placed my order personally and they refused to pick up the phone. this place has terrible service I was told my order wasn't able to be made "well done" because they were too busy? which doesn't... make sense, but ok. I still ended up waiting 40 mins because they forgot to put it in. the entire time the staff was badmouthing the guest in Spanish saying they didn't care orders were wrong or that people were upset they wanted to go home. theyeven called the cops on a guest that was complaining about their order being wrong. they were laughing & mocking her so she losther temper and raised her voice asking for corporates number. police showed up to escort her out. The staff was on the phone complaining about how they are so tired, and sick of those ?pinches customers?. Food took extremely... long to be ready, and that was because they were all playing around. Some of the had face covering and some of them did not,also no hair nets!!! After receiving my food I debated if I should eat my food or not.
