Honestly moving here from California, I don?t see the hype around whataburger. I will say maybe it?s because I?m not sure what... to order? But still, when ordering a typical burger, I would still prefer to go nearly anywhere else. I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger on Texas toast and asked for extra sweet and spicy sauce because it's usually not... enough on the burger. Got home, didn't eat all day and was met with a dry burger with no sauce and I'm not exaggerating. Therewas no sauce at all on this thing. So thanks Whataburger for ruining my dinner that I paid for. I waited more than 30 minutes in the curbside, until I walked in and talked with the manager to get my order. I saw four cars... come and go while waiting. I understand that they were busy, but should be nice somebody to come to your car and let you knowthe delay. Read more

This is consistently the worst Whataburger I?ve ever had. I have given it a handful of opportunities as I have had some... amazingly good burgers from the chain (strangely enough many were out of state), and this is the closest location to my home. Iam always served with a burger that has dry, overcooked patties; hard, white, lettuce stems rather than the leafy part; and oldsquashed buns that weren?t properly grilled/toasted. So let see what whataburger is missing, almost 11pm and only 1 drive thru lane open when cars are backed up, get up to the... intercom I can hear myself echo and the guy keeps saying what what.. I asked is there a issue with it and he replied no veryunpleasant, get to the window and the woman is very rude and no smile if you can't smile in customer service find a differentjob. This location is pretty new and the inside is clean and well-maintained but the food took a really long time to arrive. It was... probably close to 20 minutes. The food was fresh and delicious, so that was good but the long wait time forced me to remove astar. I also noticed an older couple talking to an employee asking where their milkshakes were and that they had been waiting along time. Read more
Can?t beat whataburger. Meh?always loved whataburger in general since I was a kid. However??.quality control is now TRASH
