Bug in the food. Moved my sandwich off the paper and a dead bug was under the sandwich! Disgusting!

Bought 4 Frostys and they tasted spoiled. Called that same day and no one picked up. Went back a few days later with the receipt... and the manager and another employee were rude because I asked for my money back. The manager?s excuse was that I was supposedto go back that same day. For a place that separated me from $40+ for three sandwich meals, a couple of kids meals and some Frosty's they earned my... respect. I noticed the Baconator my friend and I ordered didn't have the amount of bacon portrayed in the picture and at hearingthat they compensated by handing me a bowl filled with 6 extra pieces of bacon in it. The boys I ordered the kids meals for werenot with us and they happily held off preparing their meals and frosty's for them until we had eaten and were ready to leave.This store has a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine in it which offers three Wendy's exclusives: a cherry cream soda, an orange creamsoda and a berry vanilla root beer under the name Dave's favorites. Since it is a self serve machine you can try those and allof the possible Coca-Cola brand mixes with any size drink. Read more
The food was as expected, but what pleasantly surprised me was the service. The order taker took my order and then went straight... into the kitchen, and had my order ready before I could finish pouring my drink. Wow; what great service! I will return soon. Read more
