The food is what you've come to expect from Wendy's. The difference here is the service and the clean and trendy dining area.... Got to say after the service from both Wendy's and McDonald's on 45 and 2920. This location is the best I've never see them... close 1.5-2 hours early they never have had an excuse to not serve you, the staff is very friendly. And also unlike the other2 fast Chit joints this location is fast I've never wait more than a few minutes. Read more
The ranch is always great and I enjoyed their fries and chili! I wanted to give it 5 stars but the fries were a bit cold when we... got them and we ate in the restaurant. I'm sure it was just from the factory but there was a woodchip in my chili????. Thatbeing said they did give me a new chili from a new bag without a woodchip so I'm not upset. Honestly, I'm not upset about thechili because that was reconciled, I was just hoping the fries would be a little warmer. Read more
This Wendy's regularly messes up orders. We don't realize until we get home that something is wrong with our order. Missing... parts of salads, messed up chili. Beware the chili, we got some today and it looks like they threw in extra meat and beans butadded water instead of tomato sauce and seasonings. This was basically boiled meat and beans, not chili. Considering it ismiddle of the day on a Saturday, it really makes me wonder if this was made today or they just threw in extra ingredients andwater into yesterday's chili and called it good.
