I haven't been to Wendy's in 4 years and wanted to try the pretzel burger. I visited the drive-thru on yesterday, 10/11/22.... Customer service was lacking. The person taking the order didn't say hello or anything, just what's your order. I responded witha pleasant hello. She then responded back with a hello. I proceeded with my order of the #8, the pretzel burger combo. I askedfor NO bacon add lettuce. Seems easy enough. Got home and my sandwich was thrown together, loaded with bacon, and not a drop oflettuce. The sunburst lemonade tasted like pickle juice. The fries were the only thing good. I took a few bites of the burgerand tossed the rest. I took a sip of the lemonade and poured it out. I've called a couple times before posting here but couldn'tget an answer. That was $13.55 wasted. I could have gone across the street to Jax's and spent less with better quality food.Never again. Read more
Like this place, it was lunch I went in. Got in out fast. Nice lady took my order the biggie bag!!! She had just started very... nice. The shift leader was pretty cool. She seem have regulars and had a good repor and great customer service, she knew her regulars you could tell. Very clean food was hot . Way ta go wendys!!! Read more

This used to be my most favorite Wendy?s to dine at. But within the last 3 months their customer service has plummeted. I... visited today had to repeat my order to some young lady 3 times. I just came through ur drive-thru on July 8, 2022 time 10:27 pm, I order a medium Dave double a number one and I asked for a... special order on my burger and my fries. The food itself was good and the staff were friendly. However, it took a long time for us to get service and the restaurant was... extremely dirty. We only found one clean table in the entire place, the machines were dirty(the strawberry frosty machine hadsplatter all over and a huge puddle in the overflow catch) and there were flies EVERYWHERE. I spent $60 and our food was cold. So disappointing. You shouldn?t have to heat your fast food up when you get it home. I asked... for a plain burger just cheese and ketchup and I got a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it. Asked for all large drinks, gota medium. Only good thing they did was pack each meal in individual bags. Read more
