I?ve been to other locations and have ordered the exact same thing as I did today and it was awful at this location. The girl... taking my order was incredibly slow and unhelpful with differentiating between drink sizes. I ordered two of the same drink.When our drinks were ready nobody called my name, they just left it on the counter. Once I actually got our drinks they had nosweetener in it, which it normally comes with. Unhappy with the service and drinks. Read more

I searched tapioca in my maps and was surprised that this new location was here in spring. The restaurant is very clean and the... smoothie was on point. I love the locations down in Houston and I am so happy to see the brand branching out to other Houstonlocations. The service was great and I am very happy with my drink. I do however wish they had papaya on the menu like the one Igo to in Houston but this place is definitely my new go to whenever I?m in the spring area. Read more

Won't be back I have been waiting oner 15min for 1drink and 1 order of egg rolls. When I asked the young lady at the cash... register why other people are getting their orders before me. She said because I ordered egg rolls but the lady that orderedbefore me ordered more drinks and egg rolls and she dint wait that long. Staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and love the decoration, very nice. I purchsed the pork egg roll, they... were very good, crunchy and the sweet chili sauce delicious. I purchased also a Thai tea, even the color match and looks greatthe flavor was very light not strong as other places. I will come back to try another flavor maybe only that one is not stronghere. Loved their coffee smoothie boba and spicy popcorn chicken was da bomb.

A nice place for boba teas and snacks. The employees are friendly and the tea is decent. I got a tero coconut cream tea made... with almond milk. The boba by itself tasted really off though, like maybe it was sitting in a fridge uncovered or something.Almost a metallic taste, it actually made my brother gag, and he didn't finish his drink.
