Knocking off some stars because of my last experience here. Love the tea but the customer service is another story. Whoever was... working last night provided pretty bad customer service. I was not aware that I had a free drink award till after I made myorder. I ordered a small tea and after the cashier told me I had a free drink reward and asked me if I wanted to use it, I said"sure, can I change that to a medium size then?" (Since you can use it for any size) She says, "sorry, the transaction alreadywent through." Instead of doing the nice thing and give me a medium, she basically went 'sorry, too bad'. They hadn't evenstarted making the drink yet, so why not?? They don't do remakes here?? Pretty sure they can. Just had to say that was some sadcustomer service from that girl. I was also there with my friend and we ordered pretty much at the same time, but my drinkwasn't ready till much longer after hers came up. Usually our drinks come up at the same time. I am not sure what happended butI think they somehow forgot about my order. Then they also rudely invaded our personal space while they were decorating.. Like,couldn't you just wait for us to leave? I've been to this location a few times now, but I've only recently actually took the time to sit inside and I really enjoyed... it. I think that I took a while to get my drinks, more than it does on the other location, but I did realize that they werequite busy so I'm not taking any stars off for that. The Bahn mi tuna sandwich is really good and I would definitely get thatagain, as is the taro and coconut smoothie with boba. We did not like the chocolate one that much but I think it's because itwas so sweet and we didn't realize that we should have asked for a lot of sweetner. I guess now we know for next time. Read more
decent enough food and drink, good for a small snack. I love small businesses, but from what I know the owners do not accurately... tip their employees, only a percentage and pocket the rest. not how a ?tip pool? works. employees get tips based off their hoursand how much people tip in a day, it should not remain the same for every single paycheck, it is a fluctuating amount. a personI know left because of the inaccurate pay and treatment by owners, said that one was very rude. if you tip just give cashdirectly to the employee so they don?t get skimped. i know owner will reply with haste - treat employees better and fix your payfor them, it is not right. the tips are very misleading. First time here, have a variety of drinks to chose from. Workers are very fast!! Had just ordered and two min later received my... 3 drinks! Very pretty and clean place to come to. Highly recommend. Honestly better than most Boba shops, wi-fi included.. Read more
Tried their egg sandwich it was pretty good. Taro tea and house milk tea was perfect not too sweet like other places, their... dumplings could?ve used some sauce but it?s fine by itself and I paired it with their noodles. Smash hit!! Read more
Barista handed me my drink but the cup was cracked on the side and spilled over me, went and asked for a remake since the cup... was leaking, Instead she hands me my drink back and puts another cup under. Poor customer service. Read more
We stopped here to try it out. We used to frequent the other business that was here. Have to say, we are more than pleased with... our visit and plan to return. I had my goto Thai tea and my husband had a kiwi peach smoothie. Both were really delicious. Alsotried the Taiwanese noodles. I had spicy and my husband had regular. Ate every bite. It also bears mentioning that all that wasonly 20 bucks exactly and the service was friendly and efficient. Definitely worth a stop if you are nearby. Read more
Nasty experience. 0 stars. We had a couple of questions for the girl taking our order. She had a mask on and barely spoke loud... enough to hear. Maybe it?s the noise of the ambiance but we couldn?t even get questions answered about our orders. Once we gotour drinks each one was just sugar and milk or perfume teas with water. Three of our family members got home and were sick fromthe drinks. We?ve been to plenty of boba tea shops in our lifetime but this one is one we will likely never revisit. There wasalso a spilled smoothie on the floor, where you place your order, that we let them know about but that stayed there the rest ofthe evening. Some people noticed it and walked around while others just stood there in it. The place is a cute look but didn?thit the mark on quenching thirst. Read more
