This location is solid most of the time. There's been 4-5 times I went to find them closed or closing early but never earlier... than 30 minutes prior to the posted time. Im not normally trying to show up that late normally so it hasn't been a big thing forme. The portions are steadily decent, and 80 percent of the time the employees who help me have excellent customer service. Theother 20 percent aren't rude just not overly welcoming if that makes sense. All in all a good location to visit. Read more

Never answered their drive through. I really wanted a burrito. Lol. They had a line too. I waited at least 10 min. I left... the line and left soooo sad. Ive had taco bell once this year but i will crave their little burritos soon enough. I did noticetheir combos expensive!!! Read more

Service was fast. The bathroom was very clean and it had both a dryer and paper towels. The food was good and hot. Plenty of... condiments. All of the tables were clean. Read more

UPDATE: I came back to this location out of convenience to give them another try, unfortunately what I witnessed happened after... I had already placed my order but I can assure you I will never spend another dime at this location and I will make sure thateveryone I know hears of what I saw today. When I walked in, there was an elderly couple standing at the counter, I proceededto the touch screen menu to order and as I am going through the process I noticed the sign that said if you are unable to usethe touch screen, need a receipt, or want to pay cash then to please proceed to the counter. After I ordered and paid, theelderly couple was still standing there. A manager approached them and told them (quite aggressively I might add) that they onlytake orders on the touch screen. The poor old man said that he couldn't figure it out and pointed at the sign, the managerrefused and walked off without offering assistance to use the machine or to take the order the old fashioned way. The couplestood there another 5 minutes waiting for her to return but she never did and the old lady told her husband maybe we should justgo somewhere else and they left. To me, a senior leader in a retail establishment, this is absolutely disgusting anddisgraceful. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS TACO BELL LOCATION. PREVIOUS VISIT: I've been a taco bell super fan for over 25 yearsand this was by far in the top 3 worst experiences I have had. They were put of fire sauce, out of Baja blast, and out ofingredients for the Mexican pizza. They totally botched my custom order and I received two incredibly dry cheesy gorditacrunches. I guess they must have been out of the little baggie that chips come in too because my chips were just thrown at thebottom of my take out sack with my tacos on top. Corporate or franchise owner please take a look at the processes for ordering,accuracy, and quality at this specific location. Read more

Ate here once and it was awful but that happens so I tried it again two more times. Easily the worst Taco Bell I've ever been... too. Food has been wrong, inconsistent, tiny portion sizes, employees were rude. Just look at this picture and tell me it isn'tthe saddest Taco Bell item you have ever seen. Read more

Horrible service. Ordered online to pick up in drive thru. Came 15 min later and no food they say I need to park and come... inside. I was just on a quick lunch and wanted the convenience of not having to go inside the store. I will drive somewhere elsenext time. Read more

This is a complaint only to point out inconsistancy and unprofessionalism,1st the positives. The food was hot and it was... delivered in a bag from the gentleman at the drive-thru window. Now, I was already skeptical due to being shorted 2 chickenchalupas on a 3 chalupa order my 1st visit about a week ago, so upon receiving this order I checked the bag. Same thing, 5 lineitems ordered and I recieved only 4. No chicken chalupa. It's the most expensive item and the biggest which should go at thebottom. I checked a local thread and this has been a consistent complaint from this location. I will be better, I suggest thislocation do the same. Read more
