Dont normally post reviews as I know we are all human but this is by far the WORST subway I've been to. Vegetables look old and... wilted. Taste confirmed their appearance.???? I know subway has a serving size on meat per sandwich but this serving was forsure below the standard sandwich. Bread tasted old and dry. The outside of the bread flaked off as I unwrapped it. Staff was notfocused on my order. They very rudely continued private conversations as I walked through the sandwich case. Very poor serviceand poor quality food. Waste of money as it went in the trash. Do better! Read more

Order was sooo wrong. It wasnt made how I wanted, they sent the wrong chips. Ugh! I guess thats what I get for having it... delivered. I meant we place online order exactly how we want it! Why is it so hard to read!! Read more

What a sad Subway. They barely put any meat on the sandwich, the veggies are old and the sandwich taste sour. Food poisoning... waiting to happen. Not worth the money. Read more

My favorite subway. Maybe it?s different now. But staff is friendly and service is great and fast. And taste fresh to me

I had the worst experience ever at this store with a manager named Betsy. I have never actually filed a complaint before but... disrespecting my child is definitely where the line is drawn. My 16 year old went into this to and ordered a sandwich, thesandwich was made incorrectly so I sent him back into the store so they could either fix or remake the sandwich. Instead, Betsybegins to yell at him saying ?it?s impossible for us to make an error because the customer watches us make the sandwich?. Shethen made him buy another sandwich, constantly saying things to him like ?this is your problem not ours, if you want us to makeanother one you?ll have to pay for it?. So of course he paid for another one cause he felt like he was being bullied into doingso. As soon as he came back to the car and told me what happened I went into the store and asked why would she make him payagain when he had already paid for the first sandwich and it was made wrong. She then yelled at me and said the exact same thing?your problem not mine! We can?t make a mistake because the customer watches us!?. I was so confused because who in the worldthinks that they are incapable of human error? I will never visit this store again. I have filed a complaint with corporate andfeel that her job really needs to be looked into. How can you be a manager handling customers that way? Very disappointed andsaddened that my son had to go through that all behind a sandwich. Weirdest experience of my life. Read more

This stubner Airline and Louetta store sells food that is not good for human consumption. Its vegtables are old and dried out.... DO NOT EVER PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER. if your order is wrong they claim they can not refund your money. After picking up my foodfrom this location and deciding it wasn't fit to serve my family, I purchased from another Subway having to wasting money.Management is worthless at resolving issues and delivering half decent customer service!!!! LITERALLY had teeth marks in my cheese on my delivery today. They didn't toast it like I asked and now I am glad they didnt!!!!!... The lady behind the counter just kept saying she wasn't supposed to toast it!! Lady I DONT CARE ABOUT THE TOASTING THERE ARETEETH MARKS IN MY CHEESE! I tried to call and NO ANSWER! I get to the store, not a single customer so they were CLEARLY not busyand didn't answer the phone. I drove up here and she just kept on with the toasting!!!! Another employee decided to startrecording me because I told her CLEARLY I don't care about toasting at this point, THERE IS A BITE OUT OF MY CHEESE THAT I DIDNTTAKE! 10 minutes later I FINALLY got my refund!
