Reviews for Subway in Spring, TX
Very disappointed. Felt rushed and my order didn?t even come out correctly because of it. I live so close but I won?t be back.
What I love about them most is that they don't close until 10:00pm. Oh yeah... love their subs.
These people don't want to freaking work. I have been to five Subway sandwich shops within an hour, they all said they closed at... 10:00 p.m., but by 9:30 they were in there with the lights out sweeping the floors. They're either stupid and can't tell time,or they're just flat out lazy and don't want to work. Which one?? I ain't wasting my time going to Subway no more. FirehouseSubs only for me from now on. Oh and by the way, they wouldn't have even gotten one star, but Google makes you put one starbefore you can even comment. That's the only reason they got one star. Read more
Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, fast service, this will be my subway if choice from now on.
I been coming several times here and I been waited on by Wendy, but she always been very rude and bad attitude. I been patient... with her until today. She need better training on customer service or she better be fire. Read more
Walked in around lunch and they were busy. One person waiting and three others ordering ahead of me. The staff was well trained... and my sandwich was out in no time at all. Great experience at this Subway after considering leaving because of the line. Read more
Kids working there no manager to manage them. I waited in line patiently and when one of the employees came the one that was... already there told the one that walked in to take my order she said I been here and hour in tired and the girl that just walkedin took my order with no problem. My point the first girl had time to take my order but didn't want to do i had to wait untilthe second girl settled in. Wash her hand and put on gloves when the first girl would have had my sandwich fixed by then. Read more
The food and service is great, the store itself is always clean but usually dead. Go SUBWAY!
