There was a employee sitting down having lunch while she can certainly of continued her lunch break after calling to the person... in the back washing dishes that there were people up front waiting she never did. The person who made the sandwich was varystingy with all the vegetables especially lettuce and spinach. Great sandwich but the drinks are not subway drinks. Its a gas station exclusive. They did not have many healthy selections, for... the tea was not filled up at all. Any gas station drinks are even more expensive. 10/10 will not be going here again for asubway meal. Robbed me of 5 dollars Read more
The Seafood sensation meat was BAD. I mean it tasted bad, almost expired. The veggies were not fresh, the sadwich was made... poorly. I will never come to this subway again. I told the lady three times I wanted six inch and kept wanting to give me foot long. Then told my dad he was gonna have to wait... til the guy that was waiting (and was on the phone) could get his first. So the guy was out of line and there were five peoplebehind us and she let him get back in line in front of everyone to do his order. Then looked at us like we were stupid. Thenwhen we got to the register we gave her a coupon we had and she took ten minutes fiddling with the computer before asking help.We asked for cups for the o my ones out were larges. We told her we would just take those and she said no you didn?t pay forthose damn cups I will get what you paid for and stormed off. Came back with the cups and slammed them down. Not sure the food was as fresh as it should have been. The staff were talking about the dates and times being wrong. The manager... (i think they called her Christina) was unprofessional as she criticized and talked down to the workers while they werepreparing customers orders. I'm a firm believer in "praise in public, criticize in private". This is a very unprofessionalplace. I won't go back for fear of eating bad, contaminated food. Read more
Placed a mobile order for a pickup at 4:45pm. Tell me why when I walk up at the designated time nothing is made? Two workers... come out and literally tell me to wait a minute and go straight to the back where they came from. Talk about customer serviceright? How about informing the customer the reasoning behind the delay? Basically waited an additional 15 minutes for an order Iplaced 1 1/2 hours before arriving which resulted in me being late to work.
