We actually left without getting anything. 2nd time in a row they were out of ingredients for the sandwich we wanted. Last time... no steak, this time no meatballs. They advertise the hell out of new sandwiches but what's the point if they never have theingredients? Read more

8pm 7 . I know being in the food service industry isn't a glamorous job. Maybe the management is bad/mean because all of the... employee seem to hate their lives. Love my neighborhood Subway. It?s location is 2 minutes from the house and kept relatively clean. Used to opt for a different... subway last year since they provided slow service and other locations loaded the sandwiches a little more. Sometimes the meat isa little iffy looking. Still a great price for the food. Read more
09/02/2021 1:02pm. Today I tried this Subway location, I usually go to the one on 2929 and Kuykendahl. My wheat bread is burned... and was not replaced upon request (possible language barrier) I asked for fresh Tuna from the refrigerator due to healthconcerns and was still given the old tuna that had been sitting out. I asked for the manager and another young lady comes out tofigure out what was going on and she too could barely speak English, nonetheless she got the new container but did not replacemy burned wheat bread--instead she scooped the old Tuna off of the burned wheat bread and placed it back into the old Tunacontainer on the counter and proceeded to complete the order. I get home and my cookies aren't even in here as well. I've triedcalling the store location from the receipt provided to me, however, no one is answering. I also called the Area Manager SheilaSalgado and left a voicemail...And I didn't receive my two oatmeal cookies that I paid for. Read more
The sign on the door says that they open up at 7:00 in the morning I showed up at 8:00 to get a breakfast sandwich they didn't... have any bread but the flatbread ready they didn't have any bacon they didn't have any egg whites the lady that was helping mewas nice enough but I don't see how they've been open an hour and they didn't have anything ready to go and when she puttogether the sandwich it was a sloppy mess when she was done won't be coming back Read more
