08/312022 Subway cancelled my order because I complained about Misty and her poor management/service. Her (Misty's) manager is... a sorry excuse. POOR SERVICE. IT'S BEST WE HAD A MCDONALD'S. TRASH, GARBAGE SERVICE. THAT'S WHY YOU HAVE A 2.9, PROBABLY LOWERIF WE COULD LEAVE A ZERO!!! 08/27/2022. The employees are quality from my experience and will go above and beyond to makethings right, but the management team is trash....Tabitha and Misty will probably be the reason they start putting McDonald'sback in Walmart 08/11/2022 Placed my order online and paid for it at 9:16. Walked in at 9:50 to pickup my order. The CSRBrianna, is quality. She handled the situation like a boss. Also, I apologize for being hasty/pushy.....To themanagement/bosses, y'all really like Tabitha??? I'm walked in at 9:01on 12/22/2021 and Jacob told me that Subway is closed,when they advised 10PM as the closing time. 03/19/2022 Few months later and the worker named Chris told me that they close at9:30 so they can go home at 10. Please update the closing times. 08/06/2022 Mya and Brianna (I hope I spelled the names right)are quality. Online ordering gave me some issues and I went in store. Terrible worker this morning...could tell he didn't want to be there ...rude ,didn't answer my questions just chewed on a... toothpick and stared at me ,acted like I was bothering him ...I told him nevermind I'll go somewhere else and if he didn't wantto work to go home !!!! I don't know who hired this kid but it was a mistake...I'm in the service industry and would never actthe way he acted to any of my customers... Don?t know who?s working, but my order was perfect. Young man that did my order was the new manager and he told me he is making... changes and getting it right. I believe him! He took great care of me and my wife. It was her birthday and she wanted ameatball sub from Subway (go figure). Her sandwich was made EXACTLY how she likes it and the manager was a great guy withcustomer service clearly in mind. Forget the one stars, he?s turned it around! Read more
Wish I could give 0 stars This Subway has been getting worse and worse over the last year but today's experience was simply... unacceptable. Mixing up customer orders, not listening to customers instructions, leaving a toasted sandwich on the counter toget cold while helping a customer further back in line, dumping half the toppings on the napkin when closing the sandwich,cutting a footlong sandwich in half then charging me for 2 footlongs!!! I seriously think the guy making my sandwich was high,at one point he picked up a slice of tomato and just stared at it like he didn't know what to do with it. I won't be back. Read more
Worst Subway order I?ve had in 20-yrs! I ordered three (3) sandwiches and ever single one was wrong ? even the one that was... supposed to be a dry ham sandwich. I commented to Subway corporate and I?m sticking to my statement ? I will NEVER order fromthe Subway app or this location again. Sandwich #1 - (footling) total of four (4) slices of turkey, missing cheese, missingoregano, and missing dressing . Sandwich #2 - (6?) added spinach and oregano when not ordered Sandwich #3 - (6?) added cheeseand wrong bread on a flipping dry sandwich. 0 for 3 ? awful! Wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I went here after we finished shopping. Normally they are pretty quick. Well today was the complete opposite. I'm... not sure of the person was new or what but it took him 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. Was very disappointed at the amount oftime it was taking him. Read more
