This is my favorite Starbucks. The whole staff is kind --even after a couple of weeks of not showing up they still remember my... name and my son (not sure if they put notes or they are extremely awesome) but I am floored. I wanted decaffeinated coffee,, but the lady said they don't have any?! I was disappointed that she didn't offer me an... alternative. I asked for decaffeinated tea instead, and again she said they don't have any? (I like coffee, but I can't havecaffeine). I'll just go to another location where the staff is more knowledgeable. I visit this location at least once weekly. There is always a problem. Today I forgot to give my phone to scan my phone for... points. The young lady said it must be done at the beginning of the transaction and there was no way I could receive points. Iwas on the phone with my husband who is a frequent Starbucks customer who stated that was untrue. Always an issue. Of courseshe didn?t give a receipt either. This is the nicest Starbucks. They have the most comfortable seating inside and outside . There is plenty of room to relax over... a latte or frap. The staff is warm and friendly and then so helpful. They always have enough staff to handle their busy locationand everything is super efficient. They know their regulars and give great service. It's outstanding by far Read more
