I will definitely not be back to this specific Starbucks this is my second time and I figured I would give them another chance... the first time they was out of everything which isn?t the workers fault my sister had ordered something and paid for it abs theytold they didn?t have it after she already paid for it but they gave her a gift card which was good. Today my husband went orderme a venti mango fruit refresher with no water and no inclusions half peach juice 2 pumps of vanilla syrup and a splash ofcoconut milk so he ordered and paid for it and they told him they was out of peach juice the point is they should have told himthat before he paid for it or tried making it right some how but they didn?t for that I will be going to another one. This is the 2nd time we have had this experience with this young man that took our order going thru the drive-thru. For some... reason, he was not understanding our simple order of 2 drinks. After explaining our order again, he was not friendly and did notapologize and instead was very sarcastic / a smart alike. Not sure if he has a bad day EVERY DAY or if he just doesn?t likedealing with customers. If that?s the case, he should change job fields. Read more

My family came in on Saturday night (12.15.2018) and even though it was VERY busy, Kelly and Jatavia were on point! I have never been to a Starbucks where there is only one barista and to top off who is very slow and forgetful of what customer... ordered. I rather go through a drive thru to get better service. 1 employee to 8-9 customers with no help. Staff need to move itvs taking here time, dragging work. Read more
