This is a great Starbucks branch. The employees always have great customer service and care. They keep the store tidy and clean.... I would recommend to visit this specific Starbucks location if you want to sit down while doing your work while having a nicecup of coffee. Read more

Horrible customer service. Average wait time at a Starbucks is listed at 3 to 5 minutes. I understand having a large order... placed can increase that. It was not handled well because they failed to inform the customers ordering after that there would beover a 20 minute wait and took there money so they were forced to wait. Making multiple customers late for work or schoolincluding myself. When I asked after 20 minutes how much longer my order would be I received an eye roll and a response of itshould be out shortly.
