I had not stopped here in a while but gave it a shot. The staff was intensive and generally seemed to not care about the... customers at all. They were missing components of the drink I ordered do the supply chain outages yet did not tell me tillafter I ordered and paid for my coffee. I would give Starbucks 5 stars because my drink taste pretty good. But my experience today could've been better. I simply asked... for a drink carrier and the barista answers rudely with "We don't have anymore." This is my second negative experience with thisparticular barista. Very upsetting. Did the mobile order and since it's already something I order once a week on my way to work, didn't think much... of checking it before I left. This was a Starbucks I don't frequent much. 30 minutes later when I tasted my latte since I wasletting it cool down it was not even a latte. They obviously do not pay attention to mobile orders. I paid $5 for a regularnasty tea and all the manager said was she was sorry. I'm starting to believe people that say Starbucks is overrated since it'snot the first time this happens to me at other Starbucks. Read more
They were out of mocha and their coffee machine was broken... Not my first bad experience with this place. The barista?s are... very unenthusiastic and take forever to take your order. And rarely get your order right at that. I?m glad that are multipleStarbucks locations all over the place cause I definitely will not be back to this one. Read more
