Don't get me wrong I really did like Star Bucks. But dam when did it become a "THING" to "YELL" at the TOP of your voice, LOUD... enough to SCARE small children....the name of the customer and what they ordered by name to be a comfortableenvironment. Imagine 8 people in line and we had to hear YELLING 8 times someones Name and Drink Order By Name. Furthermorethere is STILL no Area for sugar packets and cream. So you have to HOPE that they make it just how you like it. And NO they donot AND the coffee was only WARM. AND almost $3 buck for a small cup. I think I'm over it. Sadly. Maybe I can have coffee withmy ex and hear her YELL when I'm in the mood for an earache. Gone is the atmosphere of the once beloved Starbucks with laps topsand wifi. What you were really paying for anyway and I was okay with that. Its Just a LOUD YELLING Place to Pay too much for awarm coffee. SAD. Read more
Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Had 5 batistas and took 25 mins to make my coffee. (The store was not that busy.) I asked... about my order very nicely and got an attitude in return. Read more

Slow service. Multiple new hires that don't know how to do much... took a while just to get my order placed and it wasn't... because of the line. When I finally got my drink it is now what I ordered. And when I brought it up they said that is what Iordered so now I'm stuck with an expensive drink that doesn't even taste good Read more

Purchased a Christmas Drink to receive the red reusable cup to only be told after. Making payment that were out of the Cups. No... updates as to when more Cups are/can be expected. Yeah not going to be spending much time or money on the chance that I will beable to catch the "special cup of the day"! Read more
