An employee named Pat was exceptional. I asked how odd the Pikes brew was. He said it had been there awhile and cheerfully said... he would make a fresh batch rightnow, that it would be ready in 4 minutes. I don't usually get this exceptional customer serviceat Starbucks. Three visits?.three failures. Like I just said I?ve been to this location 3 times and they always fail to make my drink... correctly. I order a shaken espresso the way it comes, no special requests and it?s wrong. It?s worth using the extra gas todrive to another location. Read more

I love this location. One, we appreciate that this is one of the two locations that are open past 9 in the area. Two. Super... lovely workers and always happy to serve. Ordered a drink from a different location that was wrong. While in this area running errands I decided to run in and try to get... the correct drink. Even though the order wasn?t made wrong here they happily got me my drink corrected! Very friendly staff,clean and a great ambiance! Highly recommend!!!! Read more
There are a few employees who are great and know what they are doing, lately I been seeing them trying to work extra fast and to... me they are forgetting important details, I had to get my drink remade a few times, and I put extra topping and I got t likeless then a regular topping. I come to Starbucks at the least 1 times a day and spend no less than 7.75 on my drink. So in adaily regular, I think I start going to the old one. The girls working the window, especially the short haired one (pretty sure her name started with an A. Angel?Angela, maybe?) ... have major attitude problems. If you can?t be courteous to customers then maybe you should be making the drinks instead or justsave yourself and the customers the hassle and quit. Read more
