Not sure what was going on with the person at the drive-thru window today but they did not say one single word to me. I said hi... when they opened the window and smiled and they just stared at me rudely. I handed them the card and told them thank you, again,not ONE word. When they came back and handed me the drink I received the same death glare even after I said thank you onceagain. This was THE weirdest/rudest experience. Read more
Worst starbucks location in the area. They charged me for item that was not even available, then gave a refund that I never... received. The Item that I did get was disgusting and I would give 0 stars if I could. Poor management. Read more
I am so outdone I get Starbucks everyday had no idea the price went up as the young guy told me I always order the same thing... just had it on yesterday twice and today it's a different price he told me the price went up but I don't believe that this isStarbucks on Rayford Road Spring Texas I will definitely be looking into this. Quick and friendly service. Coffee with a smile. On a busy road but there are openings in the median to get in. Clean and... decorated. Just wish it had bigger tables. There are 6 2 seaters and 1 long table with 6 chairs. But it says handicap so wewould have to move if someone needs it. But overall good for you or two. Went through the drive through today. Even though itwas 5:30 on a work day on one of our main streets. Had no problem Easy in, easy out. No matter what size you come from there isa opening in the median right in front. Read more
I've been coming here pretty much daily for a few months now. I always have a pleasant experience. Considering how much busier... they got with online orders, that's amazing. Eugene is real sweet and remembered my name. I'm moving and won't be going anymorebut I'll miss them. Everyone else was also just so friendly. I can't imagine that's easy with as busy as they get. The service was great today. They prepared my venti caramel latte hot delicious and my bacon egg bites were perfect. Great... breakfast to start my work at the office. The location was not crowded inside, drive thru was a line maybe 10 cars but when Igot my order and left, I checked the drive thru and no more line, empty hahaha :) the store was clean and we'll organize. Very fast service. Staff engaging, friendly and helpful. Store looks new and was very clean. They have outdoor seating as well,... but I think traffic noise would spoil that option. Read more
I rarely step inside Starbucks. But I needed caffeine and Wi-Fi. Staff was very helpful. Enjoyed a custom iced holiday coffee... concoction that was just delicious. Definitely would visit again. Read more
