I have been contacting the Sonic on Rayford Rd to speak to GM to receive a refund. They charged me four times for one order of... $22.03 over a week ago. When I finally received a call from GM (only after contacting customer service line) the GM told me theychanged the system and others were overcharged as well, but not as many times as I was. I have received nothing, and want mymoney returned to me. I will never purchase anything from this sonic again nor do I recommend anyone else to do so do to theirerror. They charged my card four times and they have not returned my money as of today!!! After writing this review yesterdayand calling customer service again...I have only received one payment of $22.03!!! They still owe me three more payments. Read more

Store #6438; 3531 Rayford Road Huge Price Increase! 10/17/22; afternoon Happy Hour; usual order of large Coke Zero, add diet... cherry, easy ice. Today's total was $1.72! Last week it was $1.40. Really? 32 cents increase on a drink? Around COVID timesit was $1.29. When I asked the young lady who brought the drink to my car if prices were increased over the weekend, her replywas "I don't know." I am uninstalling the Sonic app from my phone as soon as I finish this. Read more

This location is sure to get your order wrong nearly every time. I?ve been going for years and have tolerated all the little... mess ups without complaint, and apologetically send back the bigger mess ups. Lately, it has been every single order wheresomething is messed up and it?s just not worth spending my money on anymore. The operations are terrible and new leadership ormanagement is needed. Ordered 3 burgers- a #2 no tomatoes, extra pickles, mustard; a #2 mustard, a kids burger plain. When they brought it out, staff... said he had to verify my order to make sure it was correct. Once reading the receipt, he sent me on my way. Opening up thefood - #2 tomatoes, 2 pickles, mustard and mayo, #2 tomatoes, normal pickles, mustard ??. Well at least they got the plainburger correct. Just ridiculous. Order two drinks and some tots, took 30 mins. Had to push the red button again for someone to bring me the... order cold and watery w a horrible attitude? Skip this Sonic! Read more

Not sure exactly what to expect with this jumbo popcorn chicken. The flavor was decent. As you can see, the sauce isn?t very... evenly distributed, some pieces have no sauce at all. The chicken was very hard and crunchy. I spoke to someone about it andthey gave another batch - it was better, but I doubt if I order this again. Oh, their custom service was on-point. Read more

Hit and miss on their food. Today the chili dog was cool to the touch, I shudder to think how old it may be. The onion rings... were actually dripping with grease and very burned with only some of the breading attached. And?they were cool to the touch.Whomever served these obviously knew better. That's not pepper on the fries y'all... I want to congratulate the cooks, you successfully ruined everything we ordered. But... seriously though, it was bad. Filter your grease, for love of pancreatic cancer. And did you just forget that you had meat onthe grill and corndogs in the fryer. We've been here many times before and this place is hit and miss. That's why it it's twostars rather than one. Today, they weren't even aiming at the target. Read more
