Today we ordered through drive thru, the lady (Connor) sounded rushed and not friendly. I ordered medium size smoothie, but she... made a small size. When we complained about it in the shop, she didn?t even recognized us, we just literally talked to her atthe window. The vegan nutty super grain tastes like a very sweet banana smoothie, couldn?t taste the peanut butter or thegrains. The last time we came to this location about a month ago, a young guy accepted our order. The smoothie tasted likewater mixed with bananas. Very disappointed. This location is terrible! I ordered vegan pumpkin and pumpkin coffee high protein from the app. When my husband picked up the... smoothies, they said they ran out pumpkin so they couldn't make the order. They didn't offer for replacement and said themanager wasn't there so they can't cancel the order. I tried to cancel the order from the app, but there's no option to do that.So I called the store. I asked them to cancel my order so I can get my refund. The young guy who picked up the phone soundshesitate to talk to me. He still remember about us, said that they can't cancel the order, he didn't try to help to solve theproblem, he even LAUGHED AT ME when I asked him to contact the manager to ask for help. HOW RUDE!!! Don't come to thislocation, drive to a different location! They have terrible customer service!
