This location is terrible! I ordered vegan pumpkin and pumpkin coffee high protein from the app. When my husband picked up the... smoothies, they said they ran out pumpkin so they couldn't make the order. They didn't offer for replacement and said themanager wasn't there so they can't cancel the order. I tried to cancel the order from the app, but there's no option to do that.So I called the store. I asked them to cancel my order so I can get my refund. The young guy who picked up the phone soundshesitate to talk to me. He still remember about us, said that they can't cancel the order, he didn't try to help to solve theproblem, he even LAUGHED AT ME when I asked him to contact the manager to ask for help. HOW RUDE!!! Don't come to thislocation, drive to a different location! They have terrible customer service!
