Love shipleys but i believe they are matching gas pricing levels. Lol. I visited other donut shops and dissapointed i get more... value on the mom and pop places. It could be they just raised the franchise fee and franchise owners passing it on to us. Read more

Hatteddd it. Never had the rudest service ever night staff needs a new manager. Or to be retrained. Was customizing my drink and... I was rudely interrupted my different employee saying that I couldn't make a decision or changes even though I was not donemaking my drink. Mind you their menu Isn't the easiest to read when you want to customize your drinks and all the flavors andadd they have. I will stick to Starbucks myself. It?s difficult to go to any Shipley?s due to the language barriers...and although I gave this place 5 stars because they always... tend to have hot donuts. They truly don?t understand that you shouldn?t serve donuts that were JUST made! I told the lady I wanthot/warm donuts but not so hot that the icing comes off in the container. She vehemently shook her head ok. Obviously, the icingwas at the bottom of the box anyways. So annoying. Read more
