The Asian lady was over bearing on the staff to hurry up and clean up. Rather than being focused on making sure my order was... right before I left. I got charged for a Cinnabon that I never received. Call the store 3 minutes after they closed to noresponse. I expect compensation. Read more

Best Schlotsky's around! This store is always super clean and organized and well-stocked with straws and lids and napkins. The... drink area is immaculate. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The food is made to order-fresh and hot and accurate. Weeat here often and always have a great experience! Definitely recommend this great sandwich shop! Great customer service, extraordinarily friendly & engaging staff, but they fail to deliver a quality result. I requested no... lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwich, it was repeated back to me & is printed on the receipt, but the sandwich is saturated withboth. Friendliness and hospitality do not make up for lack of quality output. My order was take-out and I do not have time todrive back to correct. The lettuce is shredded so its difficult to remove and the tomatoes greatly affect the taste. Im verydisappointed and feel tricked by the efficacy of the rest of their operation: with such good training in customer service,expectations are set the food will reflect the same level. NOT HAPPY. Purchased a cinnabon today. It was horrible. It was burnt, cold and barely had any icing. The store manager wasn't trying to... offer any fresh ones. I will never go back to this establishment. Poor customer service terrible food ???? Read more
