Discrimination Against Trained Service Dog They refused me service on the basis of me having a fully trained service dog for my... disability. I have brought my dog there in multiple occasions, and he?s never once misbehaved, so idk why they have a problemwith him. They asked me to provide an ID for the dog, and I explained that that was illegal to ask and that there is no suchthing as a service dog ID. They refused to serve me even after I explained the law to them. They said that I don?t lookhandicapped and asked me to muzzle my dog. I am filing a claim with the ADA and we will go from there. Probably the least tasty schlotzsky?s ever visited. The Original?s bread was not soft and the loaded potato soup was not... edible. Read more

Living off Rayford Road we would rather go to the research Forest location. The management is rude, they do not put everything... they should on the sandwich to cut cost, the Sawdust Road location does not even give you a pickle that all the other locationsdo. We also noticed that they cannot keep help working there. Asked for hot sauce to go and management lady acted like we wasbothering her and she gave us a half a tiny cup of hot sauce. From now on we will go to the research Forest location or dowithout. We experience the same issues a couple years ago and quit going to that location. Went in to order to go and the samelady was there and the same results. If you dine inside there are no napkins on the table thus you must ask for one, there is nohot sauce on the tables once again you must ask for it. Look at the dining picture on the site you will see an empty counterwith no hot sauce or no napkins. I am a member of a local Social Media Group consisting of over 20,000 members and this will beposted in that group. The group is called Rayford Road Roundup. Read more

Otrder a medium french dip. Also asked for 2 dipping sauces (aue jues) since it was such a large sandwich and they only gave me... one with very little in it. Very disappointed. Read more

Schlotzsky?s is always yummy! And it?s great to have the gluten free option! Suggestion for the manager of this location - play... some music inside :) Read more

We ordered veggie and double cheese pepperoni pizza. They both were super delicious. The marinara sauce was missing from the... pizza but the pizza base was so fresh that the absence of sauce never bothered me. I loved the taste of both the pizzasespecially the veggie one. Keep up the great work . I am definitely going back to this place to try some other food items. Read more
