My family loves Salata. The personalized service and salads are great. My kids love the tomato soup. I just don't understand why... the Louetta location cannot get an order right. It hasn't been the same since the manager changed. If you deliver a saladwithout chicken after charging the customer half the cost of the salad for adding the chicken, offer to fix it when they bringit to your attention. At a minimum, reverse the charges on my credit card for your mistake...like you said that you were goingto do. Read more
Excellent, quality chicken. Why 3 starts? Stingy with portions. You need to be extra persistent if you want a more veggies or... anything... I never get the expensive toppings such as fruit or cheese or dressings. I ask for extra spinach/tomatoes... theyresist! Asked me if I wanted another salad, outrageous. The location at 314 Sawdust is amazing; better customer service andportion sizes. Read more
Salata is over rated. Their vegetables are very fresh, the proteins, especially the turkey is very good, but their dressings... are not up to the same level. Their dressings are weak and without any substance, tasteless . I had to constantly put salt onmy salad which I don't usually do. Read more

I love being able to build and customize my salad my own way. I would be eating here on the daily however an employee there... seems to have a problem with how much greens I get in my salad and always tries to skimp out. I understand proportions verywell, and know that some extra lettuce won?t create that much bulk to the salad. I always order the large portion of the saladas well. I called in for the manager and the assistant manager answered. After explaining the situation to her, she told me thereason they do that is because they have small to go boxes- that?s funny considering every other time I go there and that ladyisn?t there my salad fits perfectly fine in the box. Other Salatas don?t do this or at least I haven?t had the negativeexperience at other locations. I went in today to go and get a salad, and the lady was at it again, I just turned around andwalked out. How hard can it be to give a customer what they want? The lady Elvi was very unprofessional, she gave me a half of the scoop for the seafood mix when I ask her for the correct... portion she tells me it would be extra , I ask for a manager she lied and said she the manager. She had an attitude because Ihad an emergency phone call I apologize and I told her I had to take the call I would make it quick her retaliation was notgiving me right portion, how petty are these people, she admitted that I shouldn?t be on my phone after I questioned the portionshe was giving me , I stop talking to her she continued to aggravate the situation by discussing the portion after I explainedto her that I would take it up with corporate . just wow! I love this place. The balsamic vinegarette is AMAZING! a bit pricey but hey, what isn?t? Good eats!
