I always order a cake at this bakery for my Children?s birthday, but recently the cakes are not the same. I ordered a Unicorn... cake, and when I went to the bakery to pick It up, I checked the box but only the top part, which was a mistake I made because Ishould have opened the whole box, when I got home and opened the cake, it was bent and it was almost opening in half, and itlooked like my cake had a big horrible mouth. (I live 5 minutes from the bakery) I called the bakery and talked to the manager,which said her name was Rouse. I explained everything and I sent her a photo of my cake and she told me she couldn?t do anythingabout It in a very rude way. I payed almost $60 for that cake, and I hoped that they would atleast fix my cake because that daymy daughter was waiting for her cake very happily. Rao?s Bakery is the perfect place to take some time to yourself or enjoy the company of another. If you have any work to get... done they have free wi-if available. My favorite desserts are the chocolate covered strawberries and M&Ms cookies. They alsohave a great assortment of pies, cakes and cheesecakes that match well with the coffee and gelato choices they have. Had a really poor experience on 5/28/22. Cake order was to be ready at 11am. Received a call otw to pick up asking for the... digital print, which was sent and verified on previous wednesday. I was assured the cake would be ready. Arrived and notready, just printing the image for the cake. Business was pretty overwhelmed, customers in front of me waiting, veryaggravated. I was asked if I had an extra 25 mins, I said not really, my Granddaughters Birthday party was reserved at a venuefor a specific time. I was left to stand and wait for 30 mins total, being ignored by what I came to find out was the actingshift Manager. I finally asked if I could just have the cake so I could go. I was told they were fixing other cake mistakes,and overwhelmed with Graduation orders- which if you can't fulfill the orders don't accept as many. Finally, I demanded thecake. It was brought out with no border or trim decor we discussed, the image was put on the cake uncentered. They wanted$90!!! Offered me a $30 discount. I felt that was ridiculous for 35 mins late and unfinished. I was told a manager would becalling me but nothing yet. Would never recommend them again, sadly, and I used them in the past including our grooms cake atour wedding. Very disappointing experience. Read more
Cute little cozy place wuth some amazing amazing desserts and drinks.... love their strawberry cake! And their exclairs. Today... trued their egg salad sandwich and it was pretty good too. Definitely a must try. The only thing is they run out of thingspretty fast... so its all on luck or preorder maybe. Read more

Came here for dessert after eating a couple restaurants down. This place has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff was really... nice but seemed a little disorganized when we were trying to get our desserts. The key lime pie was phenomenal, very tart andnot too sweet. Their pineapple Gelato taste just like taking a bite into a fresh pineapple. Overall we would love to go back totry their lunch menu and more sweet treats! Read more
The broccoli cheese soup was served in a coffee mug. It was hot and tasty. The bread served with it was cold. The pumpkin pie... latte was expensive but tasty. I left a tip, thinking I would be served, but they just called my order and left it on thecounter. Read more
