I've been coming to Raising Canes for years and this is the first time I've been told that I have to pay for a lemonade refill.... When the gentleman gave me the lemonade originally the cup was almost full of ice so I really only had about 8-10oz of drink inthe cup. This just seems like a scam. "We're going to charge you for a refill but we hardly want to give you any to start offwith." This problem needs to be fixed. Not going back! Read more

The best chicken tenders I?ve ever had! I ordered take out five combo boxes and one chicken sandwich combo with drinks, the... food was still steaming and extremely delicious when I got home. The cashier and staff are very friendly, helpful, andcompassionate. The store manager Ben is very professional and responsible. The service was outstanding! We?ve been to differentlocations in our area but, this by far was the best! We?ll definitely be coming to this location again. Read more
What I ordered is NOT what I received. Never received any drinks. To top it all off, I had to pull up to the yellow line and... wait 10 minutes while 10 cars behind me received their orders at the window. When I got home, my food was cold. Hey hey hey, want some chicken today? I used to love me some Chicken Fil-A, but once I was introduced to Raising Canes I can't... go back! All they serve here are chicken tenders. And that's okay, because they make the best darn chicken tenders I've evertasted! For lunch, I got a chicken sandwich combo, which is 3 tenders on a giant bun with their Canes Sauce. If you're a littlebit hungrier, you can always get their box combo which comes with a slice of Texas Toast, 6 Chicken Tenders and some Coleslaw.They serve Coke products here. The bathrooms are very presentable and clean. Staff is always friendly, and they haven't gottenour orders wrong since we've discovered here. Great fast food chain! Read more
Over and over i ask for extra crispy on fries and they still serve soft wiggly under done fries every time.
