Tried to order from them today. I began my order and noticed that the default choice for sandwich is a "skinny". What USED to... be a choice before and if I wanted the regular that USED to be the standard, it was $3.50 more. Then when I ordered the soup,again the price was for Cup and extra for the bowl. $5.29 for a cup of soup??? No Thanks. They do this to trick you intothinking their prices are not so much higher than competitors when, in fact, they are just as high as Schlotzkys, if not moreexpensive. At least Schlotzkys doesn't try and trick you on their menu items. We went there instead. Bye Read more
Fairly clean. Staff was nice. Food was good. A slight order mix up, but was caught and corrected immediately. Had the steakhouse... beef. Came with horseradish aioli, blue cheese, provolone, and roast beef. Added hot peppers, oil and oregano. A great tastingsandwich. Let's not forget the cookies... Man, Those cookies though... The sandwiches were great here I mean really good taste, I got the Applewood BLT but I added Grilled Chicken with avocadoes it... was again great. My wife ordered A Wreck she loved it also. We were served by Chris who did an outstanding job on the sandwichesand his customer service skills. This was my first visit to this store. I ordered an original BLTA on wheat and was pleased with the offering. One thing that... Pot Belly does different to the other sandwich stores is they toast the sandwich buns which adds to the flavour. My partnerordered the roast beef on white and loved it. Good sized servings and fresh ingredients. Highly recommended. Read more
The service was great!! The gentleman at the counter was very good at his job. My issue is with the food itself. It seemed that... everything lacked flavor. I ordered the "A Wreck" sandwich. The only thing I actually tasted was the hot pepper mix. The meatand cheese seemed flavorless. The bread...wasn't good...kind of hard. A part of the order was a strawberry milkshake. It wasmostly just vanilla ice cream, meaning you could literally see the plain white ice cream underneath the thin top that was barelymixed with strawberry (pictures below)In the words of the younger generation, they didn't understand the assignment. The chickenand dumpling gravy tasted like it was made with flour and water only. All in all, it was one of the most flavorless experiencesI've had anywhere.
