if I could leave zero stars I would! We have had items left out of our order multiple times. When we call to resolve the issue... we are told to come get the item another day. When we ask for a manger, whoever we talk to is magically the highest manager.When I asked for a supervisor email I was given a bogus email address. We will not be ordering from this location again. Food was lukewarm. Fries weren't great. Didn't give us any of our sauces. Asked for spicy on multiple items and didn't get it.... Very poor service. Will never go again. Read more
I can not stress how much I despise this location, all the employees who work there, and if I could give no stars at all this... would be the one. I have come here with my friend coming from church for three 3? Fridays straight, and I have to say thefirst-time it was great. The second Friday they give us hard biscuits to eat, and the third Friday they changed us $5.00 morethen what the receipt was showing the Total was $9.84, when it wasn't $15.84 and I will take a picture ???? of it, and show youthat they are thieves. An it doesn't get better because there is more because I call the very next day, and no one answered anyof my calls for that whole week. I continue to call until this woman that sounded like a Mexican, because I asked her if sheneeded for me to explain everything to her in Spanish. She was so very rude, but I have more. I have never seen a group ofpeople more rude, and incompetent fast food staff in my life. Go to any McDonald?s, Burger King, KFC, etc. in this location, andyou will NEVER find a worse staff than this place. I still have more to say. If you want Popeyes, take the extra 5 minute driveup the road to the 2920, and Kuykendahl location. Their staff (while mostly high schoolers) are at least well trained, and SuperNICE. The managers are always accommodating, and the store is always clean. Save yourself the headache. Because I am, in fact Inever got my money back, or an apologize, and I refuse to eat here very again. I will not be going back to popeye?s because of the Rudeness of the employees. Not even one star is good enough I would rather... give negative stars. I have worked in fast food before and I know how it feels working long hours but I have never been rude toa costumer. Read more

They messed up all my order please make sure you get everything you asked for. I made it I made it all the way to my house to... realize I was missing my biscuits and my sides. Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. Both sandwiches were soggy! Breading falling off! These people need to go to another store to... learn how to cook these sandwiches!! This is twice in a months time I ordered from door dash and it was the same way! I triedordering from a different Popeyes but it went back to the one on Kuykendahl which is terrible! Staff was friendly but the fact that I paid 50 dollars for a family meal and got a box of old dark meat was really upsetting. I... household loves Popeyes but it's honestly getting harder and harder to find a good one... Not to mention when I called to letthem know what happened the line was busy for 30 mins straight and got nothing resolved.
