I ordered a 8 count chicken nugget meal and a 1/4 lbs popcorn shrimp-2 tender meal. They told me they did not have tenders... until Tuesday. I asked if I could get some chicken nuggets as a substitute for the tenders they didn?t have. They didn?t offerme an option for the same price as the original combo Meal and tried to upsell me. I told them I just wanted the 1/4 popcornshrimp. When I got back home I got back home I discovered they gave me the wrong meal for the 8 count nuggets and the popcornshrimp meal was way over cooked. The two chicken thighs I got instead of the 8 count nuggets were also over cooked and dry. Read more
I would have given a 4 ???? but they forgot my apple pies, and the person who took my order was not polite or helpful! Though he... wasn't rude he made me feel like he didn't want to take my order and I was bothering him. Hot and fresh. Made to my order. Very nice and friendly staff. Good, clean restaurant. Everything went great. Easy to get to.
The place can be little more neater. It was less crowded may because may not lot of people knew this place. Also it?s little... inside the shopping strip. I was little disappointed because the didn?t have Cajun rice. The staff who was friendly told me itwould be back after a month. Over all good experience. Worst Popeyes I?ve ever been too, was not greeted when entering even after I said hello and asked how they were doing. No... emotion from the staff and was served cold food and after paying the cashier threw away my receipt without asking if I wantedit. After I cleaned off my table and threw away the trash I said goodbye and thank you, only for everyone to just stare and notsay anything in return. Makes me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome in a once warm environment. Management needs to retrain thestaff in the areas of customer service and positive attitudes. Focus on consistency of food and service and this place can dowell. Read more

I love Popeyes, but a lot I go to are questionable.. Sometimes the chicken has been under the heat lamp too long and doesn't get... rotated... Fortunately, that is not an issue at this location. I've been to it a dozen times now and every single time I goeverything is fresh and perfect. Very well run Read more
