Ordered food online, it said estimated time was between 25-30 mins. Food came way later with missing items and cold. I called... this location, the lady says her name was tay (That may have been a lie) but she said all she could do is credit the missingitems. So I said okay well can we get a remake delivered to us, she said ?we don?t do that, it?s the customers responsibility topickup the remake?. So I told her that made no sense, I should be able to get a remake in the same form of delivery that wasmade as I had done this several times before and she stated that the pizza cant be delivered because the delivery driver wasgone for the night. So you mean to tell me my only option is to eat cold pizza because I?m not able to drive there as myheadlights are due to be replaced in the morning. She didn?t want to refund me or credit my account and was not able to get meanother pizza because the delivery driver is gone and as she stated they can?t replace after we?ve started eating yet didn?tgive us any other option. It?s late this is our dinner and my kids have school in the am. Should we have just starved until thedelivery drivers returned by morning, make this make sense. Every time we order here there?s an issue with the food and theservice but this is our local store that delivers to our address unfortunately. Ordered pizza for carryout, but curbside delivery. The person who took my order asked what door or trunk did I want the order... delivered to. Got to pizza hut on I-45 Spring,TX and sat 30 minutes waiting on my the pizza. I called the store to be told theydon't do curbside, but they're asking for tips. For what? There was 2 people in the store just standing doing nothing. Customerhas gone straight to hell! Sad. Read more

The general manager, Ashanti, should be fired. She is very disrespectful and hung up on me twice after giving me a fake number... for the district manager, Everette, who was supposed to be contacting me in ?1-2 days? for the last two weeks. They neverdelivered my order and refuse to refund me. Corporate says the store has to do it. Ashanti said to call corporate. Then I saidthat they told me to call her and she gave me a fake number to the district manager. They never delivered my pizza, stole mymoney and have been alternating between gaslighting me and hanging up on me since. This was my second time in recent historyordering from them and I regretted it both times. The first time, the driver refused to deliver my order and was trying to makeme come meet him because he ?had to many orders.? Ashanti refunded me then and explained it to the district manager later. Icall her about this issue and she tries to blame me for ?not canceling the order? which is a false assumption that she made.Never order from here. Read more

Bought a pizza there yesterday and it was not good the quality of pizza hut has went way down way below standard. The people who... are preparing the pizza don't even care any more..My pizza could have been cooked a little longer,needed more toppings hadhardly no sauce ,barely any cheese no seasoning on the crust i asked for extra a received none. It was just bad all the wayaround. and this has happened at several different pizza huts that I have been too.Im wiping my hands from pizza hut I won't beeating anymore pizza there im just wasting money Read more

Please do not waste your time patronizing this Pizza Hut location unless you want to be mistreated and disrespected . The staff... is rude and unprofessional and the quality of the food is subpar. I will continue to drive out of my way if I want the Pizza Hutbrand but given how I was treated tonight I will just order from another pizza place as there is too many options available.This saddens me because Pizza Hut has always been a household name for pizza but are progressively getting worse as timepassing. Please train your employees on how to interact with customers and how to properly prepare quality products. At no timeshould I be questioned about when was the last time I ordered from this location and continue a 3 three minute conversationbeing combative with me. Please hand me my order and go about your day. I am very big on customer service due to previouslybeing a GM for YUM brands so I understand the significance being a "CHAMP." Hopefully they can get the appropriate training toturn this store around because at a 2.5 rating it's surprising this location is still in business. Read more

Don?t bother leaving notes on your order. They NEVER read them. Or maybe they can?t read? Even without additional notes, I... select the easy cheese option. What do I get? The normal amount of cheese. Read more

TERRIBLE...location no longer has curbside and internet still offers it so I sat outside 10 minutes before I saw tiny sign... saying no longer an option. Staff rude regarding this. PIZZA was more like cheese bread...NO SAUCE!!! ANYONE CAN OUT PIZZA THEHUT!!! They used to be my favorite!! Used to love the pan crust so much...that Crispy crust was so yummy...NOT NOW!! Read more

Curbside pickup. When I arrived home, I come to find out that the pizza is burned. I understand that mistakes happen, but when... they see that the pizza is burned they should not box it and let the client take it home. Unacceptable. And to top it off, theyput the wrong toppings on the pizza that I ordered. Looking at all the negative reviews, there is definitely a fundamental issueat this location that is yet to be resolved. This was not just an isolated mistake. Marco's pizza down the street on Cypresswoodis significantly better. I've never had this type of negative experience there. Quality, timing, freshness, accuracy of myorders has always been on point. Read more
