Reviews for Pho Viet & Grill in Spring, TX
I will start with some of the positive with this restaurant:\n\nThe menu was big with traditional Vietnamese\'s staple (some... Vietnamese restaurants have Chinese or Thai but this is all Vietnamese which I like). There is a kid menu but it\'s very limitedwhere you can only choose the pho or rice plate. I ended up choosing the rice plate which my son enjoyed but not so much mydaughter (but she\'s a pretty picky eater). I ended up doing my favorite a sandwich and Vietnamese coffee. The coffee was prettyexpensive since it was a small cup however the flavor was good. The sandwich was not too bad - the bagette was crispy and thesauce was good. As someone else wrote - the food is slow but everything is very fresh.\n\nNow to the negative and reason for thethree star:\n\nI did not particularly like the meat in my sandwich or in the noodle bowl. It was very sweet and chewy. I preferthe one they used for the kids meal. The ice tea didn\'t taste very good. Not sure what type of tea or brand they are using butit wasn\'t too keen. Lastly the service was terrible. I know they are trying to hire but the two teenagers that were workingmostly stay at the cash register talking to each other. We had to ask for refill and had to flag down the check. Worse of all,my one year old daughter accidentally spilled her drink and it went all over the table and floor plus on my dad - we ended upcleaning it with no assistance from the waitstaff. It was a bit off putting. Read more
Best bahn mi in the area! Fried egg rolls & pork shrimp spring rolls were good too. I also got the passion fruit tea, which was... super yummy and presented so beautifully! Read more
Delicious! I got the P5. I would have liked a little more meat for the price. The meat you see in the picture is thinly sliced... and yummy, but there is no more under what you see. Most bowls are $11.99.\n\nUtensils are on the table but covered. Restaurantwas clean and aesthetically pleasing. Great flavors in the food and overall good experience. I would recommend eating here. SLOW KITCHEN - Food is tasty and fresh. Veggies are sliced thin and with care. Meat is soft and tender. Smoothie was good... consistency. Seasoned all well. Broth was excellent. We are a Vietnamese family so we don\'t need best service but when our foodcomes out one plate at a time every few minutes, with grandma\'s coming out last, that can be annoying. We were second customersof the morning. Five star because we care about quality of food. Read more
So glad we finally have a really good Vietnamese restaurant in our area! I usually get pho or the egg roll vermicelli. The egg... noodles and shrimp is one of my favorites now. Everything at this restaurant is so good and the service is good too. Read more

I love my pho and I have to say....I have never had my pho packaged so nicely and handled with so much care! Even the raw meat... inside the bowl of noodles was bagged!!! Talk about appreciation!!!! Besides the packaging, I was also blown away with the 3sauces, I just felt so spoiled with this take home soup. After a long day at work, pho iust hits the spot for me and with theviet signature soup, P1, which is also a beef combination soup was definitely fulfilling since there was plenty of meat!! Therewas a nice balance of noodle to meat ratio and I did not feel cheated for what I paid. Satisfied customer all zee way!! Read more
This Pho P1 was down right delicious. I enjoyed the flavor of the beef broth and all the tenderness of the beef. I picked out... the tripe as I\'m NOT a fan of tripe. This was so good I was tempted to go back later that night to order another bowl, but Iwas still full. Read more
