This location for Panera does not operate as smoothly and efficiently as other locations I've been to. I understand EVERY... employee is busy helping other employees but at least 4 employees saw me standing under the sign, Pick Order sign. After 15mins, I decided to walk towards the back and noticed there is a shelf where they place To Go orders. I also didn't get all theitems I asked for in my customized salad order. All they did was not the chicken as I asked not to include. Poor customerservice and paying attention to customized orders. Will not be going to back. Read more

I've been eating at Panera for years. My family & I love their food. However at this location, it's always warm inside... regardless the time of the day. Also, management needs to pay close attention to the upkeep of this place. It is dirtyeverywhere and looks bad. You don't want to use the restroom to simply wash your hands. Read more
Panera is another restaurant that has become proud of their menu and is very expensive... and if you get a bagel and need... another tiny cream cheese cup, its $1.50! This time I decided to have a Souffle and it was very bland. The bagels are stillgood. Read more

The location off Louette near I45 N has moved Panera Bread down on my list of high scaled places (for thins like coffee,... breakfast, quick bit, home-cooked tasting foods...) on my personal list. Reasons: coffee not ready when the restaurant opens,creamer container has dried creamer on the spout early in the morning, dried coffee stained on the counter, infused drinkmachine droken or missing, no ice readily available.
