The yogurt is good however the attending employee was greedy with samples. Not allowing the sample cups to be accessed unless... you ask and wouldn't allow anyone to pour their own sample. Seemed like the owner is the attendee or family and very stingyminded. They didn't have waffle cups like all of the other orange leaf locations. The toppings seemed to be different almostlesser quality than other locations. The attendee basically spied on my family as we filled our cups. After the sample cupproblem I figured she was worried about yogurt thieves lurking.?. Wouldn't visit again. Read more

I visited this location on Monday, the store has a sign that says they open at 12pm, I was there around 12:16 and the store was... closed. I noticed a woman enter the location around 12:20 or so and a customer went in immediately after her. This customersubsequently walked out right as I was about to enter. The employee stated it would be a small wait as she had just turned onthe machines. I waited about 10-15 minutes for the yogurt to be ready. (completely my choice) but only because I made a point togo there. The lady was friendly, but I expected a courtesy discount at least. Even $1 off would not have hurt, especially sinceI was finally leaving the location at 12:36, and I was the only customer the entire time. Whenever I decide to get a product, Iexpect to pay. However, at times, it is okay to provide a discount, or even provide something for free---when it is warranted.In this case, it was completely warranted, its all about customer service. Also, usually the Orange Leaf locations don't have ascent or have a very light fruity smell. This location has a very strong scent of heavy food. Staff likes to argue with customers. Last time I came in, we were handed sample cups to use (the tiny ones). I was so happy... because before on many times we were always only given the choice to have an employee pour our samples for us. This time Imentioned ?oh you don?t let us do the samples anymore, what changed?? Well she said ?oh no we have never done that? I said ohyes actually you have? I had never seen her face before so I knew she was new. And explained that the last time I was told theyswitched to letting customers do it? Ok this has been the ONLY orange leaf I have ever frequented. I know for a fact because Iwas so overjoyed? This was our last visit however I can go pay for overpriced frozen yogurt somewhere else. The place was clean and the staff was very polite, and I absolutely appreciated that she was able to do her job in order to make... sure that my husband and I were satisfied during our visit. So sweet! Read more
The atmosphere is enjoyable which makes it a good place to relax with some froyo. The flavors are rotated so I get to try new... ones every time I come in. There are also a variety of toppings that pair well with the many flavors. The service wasexcellent. The employee working was very helpful and offered many samples. One complaint I had was there was not a variety ofdairy free options. Read more
