Reviews for Noodle Kitchen in Spring, TX
SOUP DUMPLINGS!! I was driving to Cypress for soup dumplings, now Spring has them down the street and they\'re DELICIOUS! I got... the hot oil noodles this time around and they\'re tasty! They have a nice warmth to them and a great chewy texture- very fillingand minimal spicy but very yummy. My 6yr old\'s first time trying soup dumplings and she loves them. This is a big deal for meas my child only eats chicken nuggets & mustard sandwiches. I\'m coming back for the Peking duck for the full Chinese cuisineexperience! Don\'t miss out on delicious dumplings and bao! Read more
Great food and a great experience overall. We started with the chicken spring rolls and they were fresh and tasted good. A... little expensive for the size but the flavor was good. We also ordered the Xiao Long Bao. Delicious!! I have been wanting tofind good soup dumplings in this area and it\'s been a struggle. These were fresh and good. For our entrees, we feasted on thetonkatsu ramen, vegetable soup and the braised beef noodle soup. The beef was extremely tender and you can tell that the noodlesare made fresh. The ingredients in the vegetable soup and the ramen were fresh. The restaurant is decorated nicely and when wewent it was pretty full. You will have to wait 15-20 minutes for the food because it\'s made fresh to order. The wait staff isvery friendly and I will be returning for a meal soon. Read more
Great dumplings, handmade noodles and extra large servings. We went in a Friday night and it was packed but we didn\'t have to... wait too long to be seated. The steamed dumplings were delicious we got to try chicken, beef and veggie (veggie was myfavorite). We also ordered fried noodles and the portions are gigantic plenty to take home. Word of caution they were shortstaffed and there was a lot of chaos going on with the seating, orders and take out. The staff was truly trying their best tofulfill everything. They are extremely popular in the neighborhood, I\'d recommend going at a quieter hour instead of rush hourbecause we did have to wait a long time to order, get our food and pay, however we can\'t blame the staff and need to bepatient. Authentic AF and incredible in everyway! The newly opened Noodle Kitchen is what the northside has needed for years! I am so ... happy for owners Vasilia and Iris, seeing a brand new restaurant packed with happy customers in their first week of being open.Well deserved, because this is the real deal.. handmade to order soup dumplings, regular dumplings & bao of all sorts and handpulled noodles by Chef David.\n\nWe ordered a bunch of meni items, and if you know my son and I, dumplings and char siu bao arefavorites and a must order. Guess what guys, we don\'t have to drive to Houston, Bellaire or Katy to get our fix.\n\nThe SoupDumplings are phenomenal! We got the Xiao Long Bao (6) Soup Dumplings. We chose Pork over chicken. We were both so happy eatingthese, we had smiles on our faces. We knew we were in trouble, because we are probably going to be here quite a bit.\n\nNext upwas the Colorful Combo Dumplings (2Pc Chicken, 2Pc Beef, 2Pc Veg). All of them were excellent, but the beef was our favoritewith the chili oil sauce to dip them in.\n\nGot an order of Siu Mai, a dim sum favorite (pork and shrimp steamed dumplings).Pretty good stuff. You can actually see Annie and Fang their dumpling and bao makers through a window.\n\nAnother star of thenight was the Cha Siu Bao(4) (Pork Barbecue Bao). I was transported back to my family\'s favorite dim sum restaurant back inHong Kong when I was 10 years old. Winning to have Bao of this quality so close and in my home town. I might have had a littletear of joy eating this perfect Bao.\n\nThe owners currently are the waitstaff, so if you go, please please be patient withthem, like every restaurant needing to hire more bodys. The two of them were running with a purpose, friendly and I could tellthey wanted to do their best. I have to let you know that this is not fast food, but well worth the wait. The food quality andfreshness is outstanding.\n\nWe ran into a few other regular foodies too from the group. Another Tombal Read more

I had say this place is underrated. It isn?t captivating before walking in.\n\nWe were greeted immediately, the waitress was... courteous, nice and attentive.\n\nThe taste is unique compared to other Chinese restaurants.\n\nTheir dumplings compared withJoe Shanghai in New York is very similar. ???????????????????????? it is a little smaller and less crab meat. I rather pay theextra for a bit more crab meat.\n\nThe noodles is quite good, it has the right amount of texture. The meat in the soup is cookedjust right.\n\nMy overall experience exceeded my expectations.\n\nI will definitely return to try other menu items.\n\n12/4second time here. Absolutely delicious!\nSweet & vinegar ribs is a must try and the braised beef noodles. Yummy! Read more
