I really wanted to give this place a chance and tried it three times before writing this review. The boba tea is okay but the... flavor and sweetness is super inconsistent. The menu is huge and there?s no pictures. Takes a while to figure out. I feel likethe large menu is what leads to the mediocre food; if they narrowed it down and just focused on making it taste good, it wouldgo better for them. The vibes were just not there. It seems like a place that is frequented by families with very young kids sounless you have children or like kids, you won?t find the ambiance enjoyable. The staff is alright, they seem indifferent. Notreally complaining but again the whole place is just off, from start to finish. The only redeeming quality and what kept mecoming back was the Korean Corn Dog, it?s really good, however is not enough; unfortunately, I won?t be coming back. Read more
Not a fan. Disappointing food, loud screaming children playing, had to eat in my car. I read the reviews of the Korean fries and... green teas (only reason this place got 2 stars). But these fries are a disappointment. Some almost-old fries squirted with anokay hot sauce and some sesame seeds. Total letdown. The jasmine green tea is sweet...but didnt tell me it was sweetenedwith...whatever. But THE NOISE!! The acoustics of this tiny place are horrible. And they put a giant plastic version ofConnect Four in the lobby for kids to play on, banging clattering crashing the plastic pieces everywhere and the childrenscreaming at the top of their lungs while their yelling parents ignore the enclosed small space volume. I love everything, awesome selection of milk teas, slushies, snacks, welcoming staff. Fun atmosphere with lots of seating and... board games. Bathroom is clean. My only complaint is their smoothies are sub par at best. But as long as you're not worriedabout that, I'd definitely recommend this place. Read more
