I had to tell the employee 4 times: "One happy meal with nuggets, fries, apple slices & a bottle of water. Then a quarter ponder... no cheese & a bottle of water". Each time he repeated it back incorrectly. Then he handed me a cup..NOT a water bottle with themeal like I ordered & my bottled water. I asked for the manager who Then gave me my 2nd bottle of water & apologized. When wewent back to the playplace, I saw that the apple slices were not put in the happy meal. I had to leave a 5 year old boy alone,go back to the counter & ask for what should have been in my meal. This is the McD on 2920 by Kuykendal rd. The teen male takingorders needs to learn how to listen or should be replaced. Read more

I stopped after having a long drive and needing some refueling. This was the only place that was open 24 hours. I stopped in and... said they were currently closed. They said it would be 30 minutes before they could re-open. If your shop says 24 hours, itneeds to be 24 hours. the person on the headset told me they were cleaning out the registers but honestly it sounded like a lameexcuse. If you?re going to say 24 hours, again, it needs to be 24 hours. Read more

What can you say? It's McDonalds. Decent but certainly not gourmet burger. Of course, their fries make all the difference to... me...not some flavored-up curly something or other...just good French fry flavor, even without ketchup! Read more

My card had an issue , so I swing back through so as not to hold up the line , literally drive around the building, get back to... the window and my order was $4 more than it was first go round . What do they do ??? They take my points , make me pay for thefries and don?t give 2 about hearing any of it ? Horrible Customer Service ? Then I go in to get a mocha frappe and the MANAGERfiddles with buttons on her register and tells me ?we don?t have that ? after I just saw 3 people walk out with them.. being thereason I went in to begin with ? Why ???? What does she gain turning people away ?? How are you a manager I wonder ?. Again ,McDonald?s.. step up your training please Read more

I was at this location in hopes to order my child the breakfast she was requesting. She informed me she needed to use the... restroom very badly, so I pulled into a parking space to enter through the dining area. There were people inside seated at atable, but when I went to enter the door was locked. There was no posted signage saying dining was closed, and the store hoursshowed that the dining area is open from 6:00AM to 8:00 PM. I knocked on the door and a young lady made eye contact and gesturedthe "1 min" finger. I waited a second, and realized she dismissed me. I continued to knock because my child was distressed andother associates kept gesturing me to use the drive-thru. I would have happily done so, however my child needed to use therestroom asap, she's 3 and can't hold it very long when she says she has to go.. Also, it is 40 degrees outside COLD, WET, andRAINING! so, I continue knocking so I can ask why it is locked, and there are people inside. Someone FINALLY let me in as Ibegged angrily and almost in tears at this point to please let my child use the Restroom. I was upset asking WHY the doors arelocked and people are inside having a "bible study" and the associate told me dining was CLOSED but yet again (no signage) Whyare some people privileged and others are treated poorly? I left shaking mad that they were laughing and did not order afterthat experience. Read more
