I placed a mobile order and at the window I was handed my food but not my drink. That I paid for. Lady did not come back to the... window for at least 5 minutes and then told me I was lying that there is no drink that it?s not on the screen and I tried toshow her my receipt and she wouldn?t look and silently handed me a drink after telling her the size. She almost let the drinkdrop out of my hand too. She was extremely rude and i didn?t lie lol I have the receipt on the app. Won?t be coming back sorry. Read more
Cashier was talking to friends/family and not helping others in line. She talked about the decorations on their crocks, while... people waited in line. Another worker stepped up to help. First employee would not provide name and the name on receipt wasfrom the other worker. Customer service is the job. They definitely make an effort to get the food out fast. Usually when I go it?s during their peak times and they still manage to... get through the line as fast as possible. Never have any complaints with the food and will continue to come back! Read more

For the love of God, someone please send someone to teach these employees to read. There has never been a correct order that has... left this McDonald's, family of five, none of our drinks were correct, every burger with extras we paid for not only didn't havethose extras, but were dry and cold.
