I placed a mobile order and at the window I was handed my food but not my drink. That I paid for. Lady did not come back to the... window for at least 5 minutes and then told me I was lying that there is no drink that it?s not on the screen and I tried toshow her my receipt and she wouldn?t look and silently handed me a drink after telling her the size. Cashier was talking to friends/family and not helping others in line. She talked about the decorations on their crocks, while... people waited in line. Another worker stepped up to help. First employee would not provide name and the name on receipt wasfrom the other worker. Customer service is the job. Whenever I have a poor experience with the staff at McDonald's, I like to remind them of the reason their stock fell not so long... ago. The girl we had to deal with taking out order really didn't want to be there and resented the fact that customers come infrom time to time and order. Read more
