If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 of the $3 bundle menu items. 2 of those were nuggets and 2 of those were supposed... to be double cheeseburgers with no onion or ketchup and extra pickles. Once I got to the window she said my total was $15 whichI thought was weird since I had only ordered 4 $3 bundles. I asked her to repeat my order only to find out she added a Fantadrink. I never ordered it so I asked her to remove it and she did then gave me a new total and of $12. The problem was that onceI got my order one of the double cheeseburgers was missing and I noticed my card got charged $15 not the $12 new total she toldme. So she basically stole money from me and I never even received my full order. How disappointing. I will never return hereagain and will talk to my attorney because this is stealing. I wasn?t going to make a big deal about it honestly but I don?twant it to happen to other people. Read more
We just left there. It?s 10:55 on 10/21/22. The woman behind the register was the rudest woman I?ve ever met. Our order was... completely wrong but the only thing I took back up there was my husbands burger because he doesn?t eat any kind of sauce. When Ishowed her it was wrong she asked for my receipt. She then said. I?ll have them remake it but your husband didn?t say that?after rolling her eyes and talking about me to another employee like I wasn?t there. Well, I personally told her I wanted extrafries in my happy meal instead of apple slices? I got apple slices. I was never rude to her. I got two sandwiches. Both were supposed to be without ketchup. One actually said "no ketchup" but had ketchup on it... anyway. The other burger said "no onions" which which is not what I ordered. And of course that 1 had ketchup on it. I don'teven understand this kind of incompetency. I will even read the screen to make sure my order is right but somehow in the endit's wrong. Read more
Update: Still great Give everyone that works here a raise. I've been coming to this location for years and years and the... service and food quality are always awesome. The line is always moving so you don't really have to wait too long. I haven't beeninside so I can't comment on the condition of the interior. Read more
So I usually come Here bc It's normally a nice experience.but the past few months my order is wrong every time. But tonight,... instead of the employees fixing it since I caught it on the receipt before they handed me new burgers. They instead put the samewrong burgers in a separate bag and didn't fix anything. Since it was busier then he'll and closed..I had no way of even beingable to talk to them to get them to fix it unless I stayed and waited in a line that was all the way out in the feeder lane.It's wrong they deliberately gave me those. Honestly, I didn?t expect much since it?s McDonalds but I at least wanted to eat part of my meal. This was one of the worst... experiences I?ve had from McDonalds before. I ordered a hot ?n spicy, 4 pc nugget and small fry but instead got a bun with acold and old patty, hair on my chicken nuggets and soggy, old and EXTREMELY cold french fries. Worker was short and rude. One worker was very polite. My burger was cold. I also saw the manager pour back bagged fries and... remix them. So, I'm sure those fries were not good. Read more
