Me and my fiancé have been here a few times and it was good but then me and 3 other family members walked into this mcallisters... at 9:35pm on a Friday night when the it had a 10:00pm closing time. We were informed we would have to get food to go becausethey have closed down the dine in due to the manager Derek thinking it was ?more efficient to shut down the dine within 30minutes of closing?. We were not going in to trash the dine in area or eat like slobs and sit there for an hour talking afterthey?ve closed but we were forced to take Togo or not eat their food at all, so we went elsewhere. Friendly staff. Maricella was helpful, happy & made my experience enjoyable. Location is clean. Pleasant atmosphere music from... '60's, '70's. Ordered the Spud Max--very delicious. Redeemed my points for a free tea. Will be back! Read more
Food is always awesome, but you don't get everything that you're supposed to if you get it delivered. Au jus sandwich came with... no au jus, as well as the potato. Salads came with no dressing, and sandwiches had no pickles. My son's kids meal did not comewith his side of Mac and cheese. I paid extra for bacon, and Rotel cheese on my baked potato, and it had none. What's worse is,this is not the first time! We love the food, but don't get it delivered if you want all of it. It's as if they purposely leaveout the side, and extra items, cause when we pick it up, we get everything we ordered. Pick it up, and check it, it's the onlyway to get all your food.
