Extremely salty food not fresh long wait. I will never go to that one. I had both the fish and chicken and they both was... extremely salty. The fish and shrimp was hard and salty. So, I took my wife to this location to get some fish. First of all the young lady in the drive thru had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE,... she took the order and came back with a flat drink. She asked her for ketchup and she just closed the window without saying aword! Came back to the window gave her the food, my wife told her Thanks, she slammed the window and didn't say anything! Openedup the bag, the fish was soggy and black, hush puppies were HARD!! My wife took the food back inside only to realize that shenever gave a receipt! Went inside and asked for a Manager and it was no better, he said that's all they had and that's how itcomes! Didn't offer to replace the order or anything! He just gave her a refund in cash even though we paid with a card. We whenwe asked for a receipt he said they didn't have paper! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Had a GREAT experience today at this location. Marco took our order and had the best customer service. Restaruant is clean and... our food came out immediately after ordering. Usually when food comes out this fast you can almost expect the worst BUT I waswrong this time, the food was ON POINT! Haven?t been able to enjoy Long John Silver?s in YEARS! Dirty. Disgusting. Entire store had spills, trash, unstocked counters, etc. Management is clearly incompetent.
Ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders and 2 fish platter with fries and the food was great. But, it seems like I was given the new... unheard special Long John Silvers chicken nuggets. The chicken was pretty much the same size as the hush puppies. Smdh. What ajoke. Disappointed in how the staff handled this. Read more
I remember this place as a kid and it's still good. Really nice portion sizes and a unique take on fish. But we ordered out and... the driver was nice social distance and masked up. Prices are not bad either. Read more
