Horrible service. Serve pizza thats folded in on itself, and refuse to exchange it for another one!?! This place is trash,... workers are trash, management is trash, customer service is nonexistent. This location used to be decent, but has deterioratedsignificantly. Orders are delivered with items missing. If you call to get your money back, they do not answer their phones,ever. Like never. Called to attempt to make arrangements to get my money back, and finally hung up after holding for 41 min forsomeone, anyone to pick up. Forget about leaving the message, because they never call back. Ever. If you show up to the store,they won't let you in. They keep the front door locked now (? very suspicious?!) and then have the audacity to wave at you fromthe back of the store directing you to get into the drive-thru line that's 2 miles long knowing I'm only there to pick up amissing item or get my money back. I have gone thru this hell numerous times just because one of our children wants this pizzaand not what everyone else gets. Never again!! Read more

OMG! Where to even begin. Ok I went here like a month ago and I stood there for 15 mins with no one at the front, meanwhile the... whole time Icould see a employee sitting behind the warmers where the pizza goes and he was just sitting on his phone, With nocare in the world mind you. Anyway I finally get feed up and lend over where I could see another employee in the back standingand playing on his phone. So I yelled out HELLO! Is anyone working the front area. They both looked at me then preceded toignore me and play on there phone.well that was that I said never again will I come to this location. Well just last Friday Iwas in that area again and decided to stop by thinking , ok it?s been 3 weeks since I last came. I am sure someone elsecomplained on them. Well as I get there Same thing except this time there was like 7 people waiting to order and no one was tobe found. Then like 4 people come out and then one guy says just so ya know it?s gonna be 45 mins for any pizza. The whole timeall they were doing was hanging out in the back. Wow, I gotta say this was remarkably foul. Like you kinda expect a certain level of mediocrity with Little Cesar's, but at the... very least there's usually some consistency so it's not a complete shocking disappointment. Tonight was the exception. Orderedahead online cus hot n ready is a myth, got there and then proceeded to wait in the drive thru for about 20 mins because whoeverwas in front of me either wouldn't pull thru to wait in the lot or the staff just didn't feel it was necessary to ask them toinstead accruing a line 5 deep. So obviously I knew my pizza was instead gonna be very cold and over cooked. Also, and maybethis on me for thinking I should attempt to order something other than the usual consistently mediocre deep dish, but thesupposed "fanceroni" was as I said remarkably foul. Like almost to a comical level. The crazy bread was, on the other hand, justthis side of literally still uncooked dough. Honestly would have liked the option of just taking it back but the lobby wasclosed and the employee sitting inside refused me so yeah now I'm spending my evening writing this review that like 3 people atbest will read cus its the only way I can come to terms with spending 15 dollars on greasy "fanceroni'd" asphalt and garlicbread dough with the consistency of what I can imagine a memory foam mattress would taste like. Take the extra time and go to another location! We waited 15 for fresh pizza which was hot when it was handed to us. When we... opened the pizza boxes we noticed it was charred more than usual so we thought maybe we got a well done pizza. As we dug intodinner we noticed this was an old pizza reheated! I am trying to call them about a simple mistake I made, I made an online order for this location but I live near New Caney?s new... location, I ordered from this location recently as I was working out there, so I?m desperately trying to call and find a way toget in contact in order for someone to pick up the phone, but niether my friend and I who have been on call listening to a botfor over 30+ minutes. Nobody here wants to answer the calls. They say it?s my fault and I get that much, but I was simply tryingto call and have them cancel this order in their location, since I don?t live anywhere near this location. They need toreevaluate their work strategy, probably hire a new manager that does care about good customer Service. Absolutely horrific service. I asked politely if I could have the managers name and contact info. The girl at the window walked... away and had another girl come. The moment she opened her mouth she was rude, unprofessional and clearly uneducated. She said?I?m not giving you the managers name?. At that point she shut the window in my face and started laughing with the other girl. Irealized my order was incorrect and tried to get their attention. For a good 10 minutes they ignored me and we?re laughter at myrequest to have the managers name and contact. After 10 minutes she came to the window and said ?if you don?t leave I?m callingthe police?. I let her know that there was something missing from my order and she grabbed it and basically threw it into my carand again slammed the window in my face. I was able to get a quick image of her. I will never again order from here! Also, I?mgoing to be visiting family in Detroit next week and I will be stopping at their corporate headquarters on Woodward Ave. toshare my experience since they have no point of contact for customer service. Little Caesar's Pizza is known for being quick and cheap. It's not gourmet pizza so in rating it that has to be kept in mind.... This location tends to be a little slower than I would like. Rarely have I found pizza hot and ready as they advertise. It isgood though when price is factored in. If you are looking for cheap pizza relatively quick, this is your place. Read more
