Place is ridiculous they don't use the machine to dispense pizzas or preordered meal they have no urgency to even address you... when you come in to see if you've been helped or what you need. was ignored for over 5 minutes. Before they even acknowledgedme to ask what I needed after giving up my name watched him return to the back and walk around in circles acting like he waslooking for my pizza then take 2 peoples order and grab there's. just to find out my pizza was sitting In the dispensing Machine That's obviously not being used correctly or working. This review is specifically about the staff working on 10/9 3:45p?the two older workers were very nice and tried to get the... orders going but the younger staff the heavier white lady with braids and young black kid who was taking the trash out were veryrude and nasty to customers. The lady said she wished everyone would leave the store including the staff so that she could closedown and she refused to take any new orders. The young kid would go back in the store after going to a car for a smoke breakevery 5 minutes or so and when a new customer asked to order he would say it?s a 2 hour wait. Only reason I stayed was because Iwas told they didn?t know how to process a card refund on four pizzas that was suppose to take 10min but ended up taking 30minutes. Never had a bad experience at this location until today it was like I was on tv show or something. Read more
HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!! I'VE WAITED FOR 25 MINUTES JUST FOR MY INCORRECT ORDER TO BE DROPPED ON THE FLOOR... I WAS CALM AND... PROCEEDED TO WAIT FOR THEM TO FIX MY ORDER. Just went to this location for the first time. I totally understand no one wants to work in fast food, but what I witnessed was... beyond unacceptable. One of the employees had friends come in and get served pizza before any of the paying customers got theirorder. They also handed the employee a vape, which he smoked at the register multiple times, while someone in the back wasyelling that the pizzas were burning in the oven. There was a line of clients out the door, some of which turned around andwalked away. Management, get your employees some supervision. Read more
Made great, but it was tough to find!
I got 1 pep one cheese hot and ready. I had to wait for the pep to come out which wasn't a big deal but when I got home and... opened the boxes I discovered both pizzas were over cooked/slightly burned. Also the pepperoni was on the thin crust not theoriginal. I will NOT be coming back to this location Read more
Don?t waste your money and time in that place, 35min wait for this and the wrong chicken wings. They were lucky I find out when... I got home otherwise it?ll be a different story. I will never go back to that store, my wife is pregnant and she was gravingchicken wings to realize they gave me spicy chicken wings when I got home????????. Never again. Read more
