I've been coming her for years, the first time I came into this restaurant I had gotten some hard tacos. While eating them I... noticed there was almost no grease pouring out, to me I thought that was above average on their part. Today I ordered the CarneGuisada and my wife had the cheese enchiladasfrom the lunch menu. She was going to get a chimichunga but they said the meatcouldn't come without onions and veggies so she went with the enchi's. From others restaurants I've had this dish at, this onewas very watery/runny as opposed to the gravyish texture of the others. Even still, the meat was so tender, and juicy. 4tortillas here, instead of 3 like everywhere else. Service was quick, food was out to us fast, hot and delicious. We willdefinitely keep coming here. Very good food, good prices. I consider this place a "find". It's off the beaten track, but worth the trip if you're in the... area. Great salsa verde and chips to start (I had to ask for salsa verde, but it came right out). I had the Fajitas Ramadas,which is their signature dish. Really well prepared. Delicious. Beef, chicken, sausage, shrimp. Good price, considering how muchyou get. Too much to eat, though, so I got the cajita and took the rest to go. The salsa verde was exquisite.
